I considered myself very lucky to
have found a bunch of Obanda paintings (pencils) on my recent trip to Kenya.
Some are not as good as the previous batch, and some are about the same level.
All of these drawings are on white
paper - plain white drawing paper with some texture. The tint you see in these
images are because of the limitations of my digital camera - which is a good
one! But I just can't eliminate the different hues that surround the subjects of
the drawings. There are also some pencil smudging. This is how I bought them.
They can easily be cleaned-up with a nice erasure and some time.
